How to Reset your Password

CASTNEST always has our registered publishers' best interests in mind and will be there to help whenever necessary. We have therefore provided a simple way for recovering or changing the password.

Go to https://app.castnest.com to access the CASTNEST portal.

Go to "Forget Your Password" and click.

Enter the email address associated with your CASTNEST account here.

Select "Send" from the menu.

An alert will appear in the upper right corner of the browser with the title "Success" with the message "Email sent successfully" in the body. "Check your email, please."

You will find an email from CASTNEST with the subject "Rest Password Notification" when you open your email account.

Click on the email to open it. You will find the "RESET MY PASSWORD" button in the email.

Click on the "RESET MY PASSWORD" button.

A new browser window will open with fields to fill in a new password and confirm the new password and a "Submit" button.

Your password is updated, and your browser will open the login page.

Fill in your email address and new, changed password and press "Sign in."

Congratulations, you have successfully reset your password.
